In this first assignment of the semester, the architecture department worked with projection drawing. To start with, each student made a (photo based) registration in Skive, where they found a business they wanted to study through their drawings. The students then imagined that the business owner lived above the business, creating a a persona (a pub owner, a hairdresser, a joiner, etc.) and exploring how they might live through their drawings. The drawing material contained an elevation, where part of the facade was peeled off to show it inside. In addition, a floor plan explains the devision of rooms and the business owner’s characteristics through the interior design.
