The students at Visuel Kommunikation chose the title PIXEL for an exhibition on the occasion of the annual meeting at Krabbesholm, where the school‘s board and ‘school circle’ visit the school to hold a general meeting and party. A title that reflects how images and events dissolve into small components of light and memory. The exhibition was given the subtitle: Visual Education Unfolded because we wanted to unfold all the potential that we find in the subject and in the student group that currently inhabit the class. It turned into a series of personal projects that relate to the title PIXEL, a hanging of a series of posters where the illustrations are created in the darkroom as photograms of light and shadow and a typographic space installation with 3D video material. The culmination consisted of a joint DJ performance. Thanks to everyone for their efforts.
