We asked the students to consider how fake news has affected our way of communication. There was good reason for this, both in light of the US election and the corona situation. We asked them to invent their own conspiracy theories or illuminate one they found particularly interesting. We did this because it is a very special form of communication, that undermine how we have learned to communicate. Thus task was also about aesthetics and about being able to acquire an idiom and use it actively, and further about using one’s imagination and turning things upside down.
