The art class at Krabbesholm Højskole, in collaboration with artist Christian Oldham, has immersed themselves in the Japanese flower art of Ikebana. Ikebana, which means “giving life to flowers,” is an art form that focuses on creating balance and harmony through a minimalist approach, where lines, shapes, and empty spaces play a central role. Instead of merely filling a vase with flowers, Ikebana emphasizes creating a meditative connection between nature and the viewer. The project culminated in an exhibition at Four Boxes Gallery.
