In mid-September, the whole school went on a field trip. The art team traveled by bus to Amsterdam and had five wonderful days in the city where we saw the Gerrit Rietveld Akademie where many old Krabbesholm students go, especially on the art and graphic design lines. It was great to see so many old students thriving in the town and at the school. In addition, we naturally saw a large number of exhibitions, both in galleries, exhibition venues and art museums. Our guide was a former student from art and graphic design, Carl Otto Linde, who did a really good job and had prepared thoroughly. Of course we also just enjoyed the city and its relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. It is understandable that so many former students from Krabbesholm apply to Rietveld – and mostly get in.
