The ladder is a very basic and stable construction and as such a good starting point for making your first piece of furniture. After been inspired by structures in the immediate surroundings, students did first sketches, the function of the object being that of storage of clothes, books, plants etc. Materials originally used for exhibition furniture at 3 Days of Design were now made into nicely detailed pieces of storage furniture.
