Design has been on a study trip to a Paris dressed in autumn’s poetic garb. The students have explored the epicenter of Western fashion history, both on their own and through visits to the Center Pompidou, Palais Galliera – Musée de la Mode and Musée des Arts Décoratifs.

The trip also offered tours of the design school ENSCI and the art and design community Le Wonder, both places full of creative process and inspiring workshops. We learned that the area northeast of Paris is called “the red banana” because of the political landscape – a place where the creative underground flourishes today.
