London Intervention

The assignment was divided into two phases. First, registration of neighbourhoods that took place during the study trip in London. Back at Krabbesholm, we continued with an intervention of the registered city space.

Registration During this phase we recorded the area through isometric drawings, sketches, photos and section. The results of the studies became an A5 book of 16 pages. The front page contained a sketched isometric of the neighbourhood. Each individual group decided on the focus of the registration, and the following topics were considered: Materiality / Substance, Rhythm, Light, Compositions of space, Surfaces, Functions, Flow

Intervention During this phase, each student offered an idea for a possible intervention of the neighbourhood. We continued working with collage tecniques as a process of intervention. It was free if the intervention included a physical installation or functional change of existing physical framework.
