Mads Freund Brunse (CH) and Gudmundur Ulfarsson (NL) have curated the exhibition “Purning Toints” focusing on the personal development of young graphic designers. Being new graduates themselves, Brunse from Ecal and Ulfarsson from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, they have invited 18 of their former classmates to participate. Each of them have been asked to submit one work which came to them as a surprise during their study period, a work which changed their way of thinking, or became important or inspiring for them in their later works.
