Weight of Wood – WIP is an exploration into the hidden life and stories behind wood through one of its most defining characteristics – its density. The exhibition will showcase a first glimpse into a year long quest that dives into the role, value and historical weight that wood has on our material life, as a means to bridge the gap between the life of a tree and wood as a commodity.
