Fall 2026

Study trip Bruxelles

The study trip offers an opportunity for us to travel as a group with a shared focus, helping us develop a common language within our field. Furthermore, it allows us to forge deeper bonds as we experience one another in a new environment. Artistic visits provide fresh inspiration and input, which we can then translate into our work back at the school. The Visual Communication group visited Brussels and The Hague. Among other stops, we visited the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague, where we were welcomed and given a tour by several of our former students, and where we received a brief introduction to various traditional printing techniques. In addition, we conducted studio visits to see how graphic designers work in practice, explored exhibitions to view works within a curated setting, and—last but not least—enjoyed a beer or two in the sun to wrap up the day together. It has been a fantastic trip. Thanks to the lovely group from E26.
