The English word “matter” can refer to both something of material substans or something of meaning. In a workshop with visual artist Karin Lind, students worked on art to rematerialise and transform objects, thereby creating new meanings.

Personal belongings, found items, and recycled materials have been turned into new works that question materiality and substance, positive and negative space, and materiality versus immateriality.

The works were presented in a collective exhibition at Four Boxes.
