In the introductory week, we all went on a beautiful and windy trip to Fur. Fur is a charming island located in the Limfjord, northwest of the larger island of Salling in northern Jutland. The island is renowned for its unique nature, geology, and culture.
Fur’s most remarkable features are the so-called “Fur Formations” - impressive limestone cliffs that have been shaped over millions of years through geological processes. These cliffs are colorful and spectacular.
Fur is also known for its pottery production, and sometimes, some of the students visit Fur to collect their own clay, which they then use in ceramics
