Krabbesholm Højskole is located adjacent to Krabbesholm Forest. The forest spans a large area and is known for its beautiful and diverse flora and fauna. Krabbesholm Forest also offers areas of untouched woodland, where nature is allowed to develop freely without human intervention. These sections of the forest create a unique habitat for many rare and endangered plant species, as well as a varied wildlife.
Several trails run through the forest, providing visitors with the opportunity to explore the area on foot or by bike. These paths take you through green meadows, past small lakes, and through dense forest areas. Krabbesholm Forest is also home to a rich wildlife. You may be lucky enough to spot deer, hares, squirrels, and various bird species.
