Krinoline Constructed

The school was invited to a festival in Århus, celebrating the 18th century and to present a contemporary interpretation of a piece of 18th century garment, the krinoline. Fashiondesigner Nicholas Nybro collaborated with the pupils to create all kinds of constructions, dressing the body, inspired by industrialism and adding uv-lights and neon.
The constructions were presented at the opening night of the festival, on a runway in a Steampunk-foyer. It was all very, very festive.
