GRAPHIC DESIGN CAKES

Being used to having full control i Adobe Illustrator it is challenging to be confronted with a unknown and uncontrollable material. This week Adobe, pencils and rulers were substituted with icing and dough. The assignment was to use an album cover as the starting point to create an edible sculpture. A cake. The result of this 2D to 3D translation was nine different cakes. In the end also posters were created directly inspired by the cake sculptures. Guest teachers: Ditte Jensen & Kristine Andersen
