Study trip to Amsterdam

One good reason for us to go to Amsterdam is that several former students from graphic design at Krabbesholm have chosen to study further at the Rietveld Academy located there. Kristine Andersen is one and she used her contacts to get us in touch with several graphic designers among them the world famous of Eksperimental Jetset.
The feature of the vision of graphic design you are presented with in Amsterdam, is that it is a post-it , mind map and moodboard free world instead characterized by intellectuality and nerds . The work focuses on text and type and some of it can perhaps best be described as art.
In between the visits there where time to look at art and architecture and eat together at a vegan restaurant.
Many thanks to Kristine for great planning and guidance .
