FREE FONT

Free Font is a collaborative project between the font designer Trine Rask, students from graphic design and Internationalistisk Ideale v. Louise Sidenius. Along with Trine the students designed their own font. The descriptions of this font has subsequently formed the basis for the production of a book. The organization of the book took place at Krabbesholm, while the produtionen: printing, stitching and gluing took place at Louise's workshop in Copenhagen. The process gave insight into all aspects of book design. Each student is represented in the book, while an overall aesthetic combines the individual features into a class project at the same time says something about  type design in general as well as presenting itself as an artist book.
